A comparison of Tables 5.2 and 5.3 shows that the analysis group at the emergency department has chosen a subset of the generic questions but also added some new questions, e.g., question #4. The specific form of the questions has also been changed from a neutral or technical frame, referring to the organisation as such, to a social frame that better reflects the intersubjective, interdependent and human nature of health care.
